I’m working with a well-established, family-run business in the building services sector that's been operating successfully for over 25 years. My client is looking to add an Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer to their team — ideally someone with a good understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems alongside strong electrical skills.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
Carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on a range of electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Diagnosing faults and resolving issues quickly to reduce downtime
Managing spare parts and supporting minor repairs or workspace adjustments
Overseeing and managing subcontractors, including conducting site inductions
Working closely with clients and maintaining a professional, proactive relationship
✅ What My Client Is Looking For
Essential:
Qualified Electrician or Electrical Engineer
18th Edition certification (or equivalent)
Experience working on M&E maintenance contracts
Desirable:
Knowledge or experience with HVAC systems
Some background in mechanical engineering
