Identifying faults and delivering practical fixes across both hardware and software.
Supporting small works projects — from installing replacements to commissioning upgrades.
Attending reactive call-outs when urgent issues arise.
Providing clear service reports and updates after each visit.
Working closely with customers to explain findings and suggest improvements.
Sharing your expertise with colleagues, while also drawing on the knowledge of the wider team.
Always maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance.

A background of 2+ years’ hands-on BMS experience.
Solid knowledge of Trend systems (essential). Experience with Distech or Tridium is a bonus.
Understanding of communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, M-Bus, LoRaWAN.
A confident fault-finder with both technical and logical problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working alone but also a good team player.
Strong communicator who can engage confidently with clients.
Industry qualifications or certifications in BMS/controls (advantageous).
Flexibility to join an on-call rota when needed.
